We are Desheng School International (DSI), a team that specializes in providing Cambridge IGCSE programme and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. In DSI, we offer much more than routine teaching tasks to our members, here you can go much further beyond.
Our teachers have a wide diversity of backgrounds. To make sure you can integrate into this multicultural team, internal trainings will be provided at your arrival, grooming you into a professional teacher in DSI. For those who want to go a step further after internal training, attending training courses organized by Cambridge Assessment International Education and International Baccalaureate Organisation are highly recommended. There are plenty of opportunities to share your experience and passion with the students in the co-curriculum activities, school events and projects.
As mentioned above, teachers in DSI do not stop at teaching. We have career development path that prepare you to be either Subject Specialist or School Management. We also have Teacher’s Training Programme that is suitable for fresh graduates and who wants to be a teacher. The 2-year programme will be conducted by experienced and professional educators from local and overseas. You will receive a Certificate issued from our school when you complete the programme.
